01 · The problemFirestopping problems do not always look like clashes.
Your model can look coordinated and still contain details that will not work in the real world. Wrong clearances, missing requirements, unsupported arrangements, incorrect product assumptions, or details that do not match the manufacturer’s tested installation can all slip through normal model review.

05 · The reportEvery fire-rated opening, documented.
Each run produces a record of every fire-rated builders work opening in the model, whether it passed or not. Each entry names the services passing through it, the rules applied, and the reason for the result. Your team sees it in Revit, and it exports as a PDF you can send on.

The four states

Coverage is stated, not implied
Every report ends with a note setting out exactly what was measured and what was not, so nobody has to guess how far the check went. Where the model does not give the add-in enough to work with, the report says so and flags the opening rather than passing it.
